Q. Where is your storage facility located?
A. Our storage building is located on Ballymount Cross Industrial Estate, off M50, in Ballymount, Dublin, Ireland. You can contact us or view the location map for more details.

Q. What type of agreement am I required to sign?
A. You will be required to sign a standard storage agreement before moving your goods on site.

Q. Do I need to Book in Advance?
A. No, but to guarantee a unit to suit your specific requirements, it is advisable to reserve a unit in advance.

Q. When Can I Get Access to My Goods?
A. We offer unlimited access to the unit during standard opening hours. Out of hours access can be arranged by prior appointment.

Q. Can I Move In Immediately?
A. Yes you can, but you must fill in a storage agreement prior to moving your goods into the facility.

Q. Is there a Minimum or Maximum Period I Can Use the Facility?
A. There is no minimum period, there is no maximum period.

Q. Is There a Notice Period Required on vacation?
A. No, you only pay for the days you use the facility.

Q. Will You Accept Deliveries On My Behalf?
A. Yes, provided that prior arrangements have been made with the facility management office.

Q. Do You Offer Document Storage?
A. Yes, we will discuss your requirements with you and advise you of the most suitable unit for your needs. The management of the stored documents will be controlled by you or your staff. You will have complete control over your own data. We will be happy to provide you with racking to suit your requirements for a small fee.

Q. Are There Trolleys/Pallet Trucks Available at the Facility?
A. Yes, we have various types available to assist you with loading your goods to and from your unit.

Q. Is the Facility Staffed at All Times During Opening Hours?
A. Yes, a trained staff member is on site at all times during opening hours.

Q. Do You Sell Storage Materials?
A. We offer a full range of storage materials - i.e. Storage Boxes, Bubble Wrap, Sofa Covers, Adhesive Tapes, Markers etc., from our reception area.

Q. How Do I Secure My Unit?
A. We sell a full range of padlocks at our reception office. However, you are welcome to use your own.

Q. What Type of Security Do You Have In Place?
A. We have 24 hour CCTV system operating both inside and on the perimeter of the building. All exits from the building are monitored. A coded access system is also in place to ensure secure access to the building. The building is also alarmed and monitored by security firm.

A. Yes, we offer an extensive and affordable insurance cover. Please ask the reception staff for more details
