Please not that using the space estimator only gives an estimate of the amount of storage space needed, and not an exact figure. Business Storage Estimate

Calculate the area of the store room that you are currently using or tell us the amount of file storage boxes that you need to store and our management team will work out the size of the unit you require.

Boxes:

• 80 file storage boxes would equate to 25 sq ft
• 125 file storage boxes would equate to 35 sq ft

Domestic Space

A good yardstick to estimate the amount of space you will require for a residential property is as follows:

• 1 Bedroom Apartment 50- 60 sq ft
• 2 Bedroom Apartment 90- 100 sq ft
• 3 Bedroom House 125-150 sq ft
• 4 Bedroom House 200 sq ft
